Three easy days in North Goa

A slower route through sea mornings, long lunches and unhurried evenings.

Day one begins gently. Settle into Arpora, take in the palms from the balcony and choose Baga for an easy first look at the coast. Fat Fish is close by for Goan food and seafood, while Britto's is a familiar Baga option when you want to be nearer the beach.

If your ideal first night includes music and a dance floor, Hammerzz Nightclub and SOHO are both roughly five minutes away in light traffic. North Goa traffic changes quickly, so ask us for the best time to leave. If nightlife is not your mood, come home early and keep the balcony for yourself.

On day two, follow the coast north towards Anjuna and Vagator. Pick one beach, one long lunch and one sunset. Use day three for Panjim's older neighbourhoods, a local market or simply a swim and an unhurried afternoon. The point is to return rested, not to complete a checklist.
